Victron Energy's Cyrix Battery Combiner does more than connecting or disconnecting based only on battery voltage using a time delay. The Cyrix-i verifies the general voltage trend increase or decrease and then inverts the previous action if the trend has also inverted during that same period of time. The time delay is based on the voltage deviation from the trend.
